initiative — women's leadership branding

The program was designed to help colleagues develop their careers by facilitating learning and support between those with differing experience and perspectives, gained within and beyond Rocket Lawyer. I led the development of logo, as well as marketing and communication assets. The electric feel of the campaign inspired a lot of movement in the program as well as excitement in many of my colleagues.

I worked closely with the brand manager to think of a way to modernize Rocket Lawyer brand. There was a strong desire to maintain the deep red color as well as the logo. So we worked to find complimentary colors to help refresh the outdated and limiting color palette. We also thought of bringing in a new font that added a level of sophistication and trust amongst our existing customers.
